Villa Licia is a beautiful villa located near Chianciano Terme, a town renowned for its thermal baths. It is surrounded by a large park completely fenced, at guests’ disposal a swimming pool and a panoramic Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view, as well as an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for organizing pleasant outdoor meals, a play area for children, which will make the stay pleasant also for families.
The presence of a well-equipped gymnasium, complete with a bathroom, offers guests the opportunity to keep fit while on vacation.

It is important to note that the janitor resides in the annex and takes care of guests only when requested or when needed. This can provide guests with their privacy, but at the same time ensure timely assistance in case of need.

The villa’s strategic location makes it possible to organize excursions to Lake Trasimeno, which is nearby, and even to Rome. In addition, in the town of Montepulciano it is possible to visit one of the famous wineries in the area, where fine wines are produced. Villa Licia has three levels
Ground floor from the entrance: living room with sofas (playstation and video games, board games, Netflix), study with bathroom complete with washbasin and toilet. Living room, dining room. Kitchen complete with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, moka, blender, toaster.
On the first floor: double bedroom with two bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub. On the opposite side of the floor a double bedroom with open terrace and bathroom with shower and tub (outside the room). 
Second floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, opposite side of floor a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and twin bedroom.

It is rented for 8 adults and 4 children up to 12 years.
